She believes in the importance of fostering strong partnerships between educators and families to create the best possible learning environments for children. At Knowledge Origin, Josephine has developed and implemented a play-based learning approach that encourages children to learn through exploration and hands-on activities. She believes and recognizes that play is not only a natural way for young children to engage with the world and a vital medium through which they develop cognitive, emotional, and social skills. At Knowledge Origin the play pedagogy approach is designed to nurture creativity, critical thinking, and emotional intelligence, fostering curiosity and problem solving abilities in children. In addition to her work with children, Josephine has conducted parental workshops, mentored many early years’ educators and set up preschools providing them with the tools and strategies to create enriching learning environments. Her commitment to the belief that every child is unique and deserves an educational experience that encourages exploration, growth, and imagination continues to drive her work at Knowledge Origin.
Through this holistic approach, Josephine continues to inspire both educators and families to embrace the transformative power of education, supporting the development of children in their earliest, most formative years.
